Lash Extension Aftercare
Avoid water, steam, and sweat for the first 24 hours to allow the adhesive to fully bond. Use a lash-friendly cleanser to keep your lashes clean and free of oil makeup and debris, as buildup can break down the adhesive. Gently brush through your lashes daily with a clean spoolie to keep them neat and prevent tangling. Stay away from oil-based makeup removers, cleansers, and moisturizers, as they can weaken the adhesive bond. Try to sleep on your back or use a silk pillowcase to reduce friction that may cause lashes to fall out prematurely. Avoid rubbing, pulling, or touching your lash extensions to prevent damage and shedding. Keep your lashes away from high heat, such as steam from showers, saunas, or cooking, since heat can weaken the bond. Do not use mascara on lash extensions as it is difficult to remove and can cause clumping or premature fallout. To maintain a full look, schedule regular lash fills every 2–3 weeks to replace naturally shed lashes.

Lash Lifts Aftercare
To keep your lash lift looking its best and lasting the full 4–6 weeks, avoid getting your lashes wet, exposing them to steam, excessive sweating, or wearing mascara for the first 24 hours so the lift can fully set. Be gentle with your lashes—avoid rubbing or pulling on them, and try not to sleep directly on your face. Skip oil-based products around the eye area, as they can weaken the lift over time. Brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie to keep them neat and lifted, and consider using a nourishing lash serum to maintain lash health between appointments. Proper aftercare will help your lift stay beautifully defined while keeping your natural lashes strong.

How can I prepare for my appointment?
For lash services, please come with clean, makeup-free lashes. We recommend to wear comfortable clothing and to avoid caffeinated drinks prior to your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee.

What should I do if I have less than 40% of my lash extensions left?
Please contact us ahead of your appointment if you have less than 40% of your lashes left so we can adjust your service accordingly or reschedule if needed.
